Asking Her Out on a Date-Going to Movie Theater

By Paul James

The best destination for an evening out is the theater for a movie date. You may not talk at the movie theater but you will have something to discuss after the movie. Going out to watch a movie will deal with some of the awkward moments that arise during the first date. For example, those moments where there is a pause in a conversation will be eliminated.

You might have made a decision to ask her out for a movie but you do not know how or what approach to use. Below are some suggestions that will help you ask for the date.

Asking for a date could be easy if you already know the girl in question. If the girl is a coworker or a schoolmate you'll find it simple to ask her out because you have details about her interests. Before asking her out for a movie start a conversation by asking how her weekend was and how she has been fairing on. You'll get the courage to ask her to join you for a movie if you first deal with the anxiousness by starting a conversation.

After the conversation the following step will be to ask her to go with you to theater movie. You can say "the theater will be playing a lot of good movies this weekend. Would you mind joining me?" If you don't want anything you said to haunt you then do not mention the word date as she already knows what you are up to.

Just because you don't know the girl it doesn't mean that you shouldn't ask her on a movie date. In fact, by asking her out to watch a movie with you then you have opened a way of making friends with her. You should know how to ask her out because the date will give you an opportunity to know one another. Introduce yourself and then ask her to join you.

There's no other alternative aside from just asking her. Do not let fear of rejection deter you from asking her out. Mention a movie that is trending in the theater if you want to reduce chances of getting a no. You can say "it looks like a good movie, doesn't it?" If the answer is yes ask her to join you.

Use the roundabout approach. You can mention a movie in your conversation to help you find out if she is interested, but you have to be cautious. You can say "I will be going to the movie theater to watch a movie this Saturday, but I don't want to be lonely, would you mind joining me?" Although it sounds good it might not work because girls want men who are interested in them. The girl will have the impression that you want to go with her to keep you company and not because you like her.

Adding dinner on top of the movie will make the best date combination. If everything goes as planned suggest going out for dinner.
